Gather 2024 is coming up on Friday, August 23rd, 2024 at 6:00 in the evening. We need your support so that we can continue to provide the care and support birthparents need and deserve.
Don your best 20s attire and join us for an evening of great food, great jazz, and great company as we raise funds and awareness for birthparents -- many of whom, even today, place in secret, grieve in secret, struggle in secret. In true Speakeasy tradition, the secret Evanston location will be announced closer to the event and, yes, you will need the secret password to gain entry.
Your support enables us to provide services to a vulnerable and invisible population in the adoption community. Your support means we can:
- Connect birthparents to adoption-competent therapists
- Help them reach their educational goals
- Provide a safe and nurturing community of peers
- Host therapeutic retreats run by birthmoms, for birthmoms
- Provide a one-on-one case manager to help navigate services, find a path to healing, and remind them that they are not alone on this journey
Demands for our services have grown annually and expanded nationwide since recognition for On Your Feet’s expertise in birthparent services remains unparalleled. Your sponsorship will allow On Your Feet to meet this demand, continue to grow our community, and disseminate our knowledge about the unique needs of birthparents following placement. On Your Feet is primarily funded by private donations which is why we rely on donors like you to enable our important work.
