In-Kind Donation Submission Form
Thank you for your interest in supporting On Your Feet Foundation with an in-kind donation. We are very happy to accept the following:
- Items intended for use in a live or silent auction at an upcoming event. This can include event tickets, gift certificates, jewelry and accessories, art, themed-baskets, vacation opportunities (no consignment), airline miles or gift certificates, etc.
- In-kind donations for events including centerpieces, food, alcohol and swag
- New or used, but in good working condition, laptops (please confirm need first)
- Gas cards
Please include your contact information, a description of the item that you are donating, the approximate value of the item and any restrictions or limitations on its use and a photo of the item, if applicable.
We will contact you within 3 business days to arrange receipt of the item. Items may also be mailed to:
