What is Expected of Me at the Retreat?
- Be the real you! We know we will love that person!
- Be open and honest! Like therapy, you will get the most out of the retreats when you are honest with yourself and the group.
- Attend all of the sessions; participation is key to success for these weekends. Speak with a facilitator if you need to make other arrangements.
- Please do not leave the house (or computer!) without letting someone know. We don't want to lose anyone!
- Talk to us! If you are feeling a little lost, sad, lonely...talk to one of the facilitators! Our #1 priority is to help you feel safe and connected.
- Be flexible! Schedules change, we may need to zig when we thought we would zag, but going with the flow is key!
- No alcohol or illegal drugs; this work is best done sober and present!
- No weapons of any kind!
